As I write the review I am still on the Bus travelling from Kota (Rajasthan) to Delhi.
The quality of the bus is just beyond pathetic. The driver stops at so many places just to get more income the gallery of the Volvo gets full of people as the illegal passengers sleep there

Ac does not work properly. Seats are extremely shaby. Worst bus ever

I want to give ZERO rating but this option not available.
Bus No: RJ20PB1558, I booked this bus from Delhi to Jaipur on 10 Aug 2022. Driver driving this bus too much slow, Bus running without stepny. Now he is running bus with puncture TYRE. Bus staff too much RUDE.

They left us between the road and didn't drop to the booking stand, we are total 12 passanger in the bus and we asked him to drop atleast a good place but they didn't listen to us, they said we are late and can't go to the stand...and now we are 68 km away from booking stand

I want gives zero rating but no option becuse bus time not good driver driving very slow and bus management not good

They cheats me they took long route for their own benefits and they have mentioned on ticket that from lucknow to kota it will take 12hr but they took 18 hr for that just to get some more profits

Its pathetic. I dont know why they charge so much for this kind of service. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bus condition is very bad and stinky. They dont deserve any star. Dont book.😡

The driver and staff are good but the bus is not too clean. There are many people on the bus without reservation so they made it difficult for the rest of the passengers

Poorest service
They don't pay taxes and don't have proper documents so RTO stopped the bus and ceased the bus at RTO Himmatnagar along WITH ALL PASSENGERS.
