Worst bus service. Many times bus got break down and stopped on the way and all passengers suffered. Don't go for this bus service. Poor quality.

The worst travel experience that I ever had. They don't keep their commitments . We were told that we will be given wifi, charging points but nothing worked. Also they disnt provide blankets. When we asked for the same they said "kambal nahi milta hai seat pe". We talked to the owner and he started blaming the driver. Then to add to this, the driver stopped at the most unhygienic hotel that he could find on the way. We started protesting and then he moved the bus from there and during the whole journey the driver and his staff were behaving like goons. Please guys dont travel by this bus, if you are traveling then get yourself insured. Worst experience ever.

I traveled on 28 Jan 2018- from Udaipur to Delhi. It was a nightmare as I dealt with no one but goons and liars in Charu tours (Shrinath travels). The bus staff was very rude. I paid for WiFi and phone charging which never worked. We were denied Blankets and the same were used by the staff right before us. The driver had booked 1 person extra(however it didn't cause issues to us). The fellow passengers told us that they got water, tea/coffee/juices and muffins at half the prices which these Charu goons charged us. The driver(Satender) stopped the bus at the most unhygienic dhaba on the way to which all of us protested. He was very rude and was putting the blame on the owners. At the same time when we called the owner(wo Sits in Ahmedabad office) he was putting the blame on the driver and staff. Believe me both are partners in crime and work hard to make your journey as worst as it can be. I have the phone recording and all the pictures to support my review. Please do not travel with them they do not respect and do not deserve to be in business. 1 star is too much for them to be given.

We took a bus from udaipur to Jodhpur and it was good. No hiccups as such. Bus looked maitained from inside. Started on time and reached on time. Hope they continue the good service because most of private buses have punctuality issue and quality of seats. I have taken this travels first time and was worried about the service but it turned out to be good, so i can recommend this one.

Below standard buses, they charge a lot of money. Even they don't provide blankets, water.
They stop their buses at pathetic places.
I will never recommend it to anyone.
Me and my family travelled from Gurgaon to udaipur.
A big NO to their bus services

I was travelling to ahmedabad from delhi.
Bus was 6 hour late without any defect like puncture and defect in bus...
Driver was interested only to take passangers on the way
Lost my train of ahmedabad to delhi...
Travel in this bus if u have money and time to waste.

Worst professionalism.

Before 18 days of journey, they called up and telling that bus got break down so they are cancelling my confirmed tickets.

No other options left for AC bus. It's very clear that they're disowned the online booking and reservation for other group.

I will never recommend anyone for this.

I was travelling from Udaipur to Delhi 11 p.m. bus on 31st 2019.
Firstly the bus started at 11:45 and reached Delhi around 1:15( It was scheduled to reach Delhi by 11:30 a.m.).
Secondly, no water bottle and pillow was provided to the customers.
Third, the Bus was dirty and there was a rat in the bus.
Fourth, The attitude of the bus operators was very bad.
