Named shrinath but staff behaviour, buses and services are simply monsterous. So sense of professionalism treating pessangers as if they are doing charity. Really inclined to seen downturn of their business once railway connectivity is through between udaipur and ahmedabad.

Worst experience ever..paid ₹6900 for AC bus and they booked non-AC bus, thus were forced to travel in the non-AC bus as we had no other option...worst experience ever and they wont even accept their mistake.

Its too late 5.30 bus came 8 oclock and bad sits and no responsiblity of thier staff.. Bad customer service

I would like to give zero rating this bus . This bus travel is a big fraud. We have booked Shrinath Solitaire for Udaipur to Pune for comfortable journey. They claim they have Bharat Benz Bus for which they charge 2300 per sleeper even more that. They also claim that their bus is new bus. But they are big fraud. Their bus is very old bus which break down more then 5 times in a single journey. Their busses is not clean. Their staff is very rude.pl never ever book this bus for any journey.

Do not book this bus. They give the worst service, the staff is very very rude and they stop at the dirtiest dhabas where no one can think of using a washroom. They even left a passenger at a dhaba and later picked him up. People will be already sleeping on your seats before you. Worst experience.

Pls don't choose shreenath bussed pls avoid and take another busses. Worst service

Good bus and on time

Bad customer experience.
It took 5 call to understand exactly where the bus will start from.
It was supposed to be luxury bus. But they changed it in the middle. Switch over on the middle of road.
Bus started at 7pm. No stops till midnight. No washroom onboard.
