Good Response received when I collected my already paid parcel they charged 10 rupees again when I received it

Worst service of my entire life journey..sleeper provided by operater is very small compare to other sleeper..this is the first bus I have seen having different size of sleeper in bus why the size of sleeper is not the same as the charges are same compared to other sleeper..another is while asking bus staff for my inconvenience they start shouting to me and asked to talk to thier office or bus owner in very rude manner..the all staff of bus is very rude having no mask and using very bad language to customer...in my life journey I have seen this first time..owner of bus is also responsible for having such type of staff or he just want to earn money and do not care about customers..overall I was stand up in bus for approximately 1.30 hrs..finally after the all inconvenience I asked the bus driver to seat on the driver cabin as there was a seat available..he also refuse me to seat there and ans was very rude with unpleasant voice..even with covid safety, I rate it -10 out of 10 ...if you travel from this bus there is high risk of chance to get inflected by covid as staff not wear mask and also not promoted to its customers. Bus is also dirty and not senitize..worst service..staff is doing misbehave with ladis and woman also..if you are serious with your life and your journey there are other good option available..

I was traveling from Indore to udaipur last night.
I'm so much disappointed with the kind of cleanliness they have maintained. I've paid 1200 for my journey and it is not worth, i could have booked some other travel in less the price and had better condition.
1. The whole bus smells
2. Sheets are dirty
3. The conductor is drunk (main point)
4. The washroom of the place they have stopped,is so dirty and unhygienic with excretion laid out of the women and gents toilet.
And above all this they have the highest charges among all. I would never recommend this travel to anyone in my life.

Pathetic bus and bus services. Delays for hour with no prior information the staff is cheap and the bus is super unhygienic.
