Worst bus service provider. Driver don't stop bus for 9 hours! When people request him they deny. Person with driver who manage ticket checking behaves rudely and took alcohol as well. Additionally, stop bus at fixed hotel where driver got free lunch and commission. Even at inappropriate time. After all commission matters!

Its seems like its bus of government. Take passanges from the road at low fare and sleep in the walking area, even people are sitting in the cabin also. Its tough to walk and go down. Shameless bus provider.

The service was good i have been to Ahmedabad by this bus from ajmer it took 11 hours to drop me there. I took Ac sleeper class upper berth the bus was quite good there was blanket, free water and the seats were comfortable enough to sleep. Bus was clean as well. Came on time and drop on time

Very unprofessional drive instead of. 4.30p.m. departure drive started @4.50p.m.
Driver and his team had dinner @around 9-10 p. M. But stopped bus for passengers' dinner at 12.10 am.
Driver Picked up those passengers throughout the journey who were not registered or not purchased the ticket, for the benefit of his personal pocket.

Very pathetic and irritating ride after spending the fare equivalent to 3rd Ac RAJDHANI Train. More than 3000 INR
Smelly blankets, curtain, bedsheets
AC was perfect.
LCDs were not working, not even one

Ajmer by pass comes into operation, this point become very popular to get private buses for udaipur, bhilwara, chittorgarh, parts of Gujarat and maharashtra,

➖ Only one star for the Rude behaviour of the staff.

✓ I had boarded AC-SLEEPER bus from Ajmer to Udaipur. I got only 7 minutes late on the boarding point when the bus has arrived in the afternoon.

I was on the tour to Ajmer for the first time. I got a little late because of transportation vehicles delay. The operator of Shrinath Travels called me when I was reaching towards the Boarding point with google Maps Navigation On. He directly started talking loudly and threatening voice. Asking that where am I?. Obviously, I was new to the Ajmer city so I wouldn't know that. I said I am this many kilometres away. He angrily told me to just shut up about the kilometres sh*t & tell him where am I right now. I saw in the navigation but the areas didn't seem to show up nearby fastly on the screen. Unfortunately, The auto-rickshaw driver also didn't know the exact name of the location as we were on the highway. Still, I convinced him that I will arrive in just 7 minutes ( trusting on the Google Maps Navigation System's approximate estimation).

➖ At the point, they denied to put our luggage into the decks & told us to take it with us in our berth.

➖ During the travel, I saw the bus has stopped for some time. I ran to the Driver's cabin & I told him that I need to go to urinal. Even though the bus was standing, he didn't let me go out and started the bus saying " Abhi shanti se andar beth jao, time mat kharaab karo. Aage hotel pe rokenge bus. Jao vapas beth jaao. ( Go & sit in your berth. Don't waste our time. We will stop at the hotel soon.) ...... The hotel didn't come till one hour ... & That As*ho**e didn't stop the bus even just for 2-3 minutes.

➖ Ambience: seat/berth was too dirty. Even worst than the OYO Hotel Siddharth in Ajmer ( which is the worst experience of a Hotel. Read my review later about it). Food was spilt and the sheets were dirty & stained.

✓ Thus, I'm never going to use that service again.

Even they don't deserve 1 ratting I booked AC bus and they provide us third class bus no AC no curtains even no door in our compartment they seriously looted us fraud travelers I wish they traveled same bus in whole year bloody dogs

I had booked a ticket in the AC sleeper and when I boarded the bus, it was completely different, seemed like a normal bus. His AC is useless, no curtain. There is a hole next to my seat where dust and hot air come from outside. There are many problems. This is my worst experience of travel.
