Totaly disagree..please be careful before any booking and any lose..mistakes are law of nature everyone can do but dont expect customer team will help you..i also suggest dont use any third party booking..book tickets always direct from airline thats more benificial and helping

Unprofessional people. They don't know anything about customer service. I had to make changes with my existing booking and they stopped replying. I wouldn't recommend them.

Inaccurate price information. Website shows fees of ₹2000 however when you call them they are charging ₹3500.

I received my refund. It was little tough because of Covid but these guys helped and responded to me professionally.

Not good, very bad experience, no one ready to listen clients and give revert on the enquiry of clients. Never go with Akbar
