Very bad service on call because of very rude staff. They don’t know how to talk with customer.

Specifically for owner. There should be negative star ranking.

People there are not professional at all. It seemed like they don’t actually want business. I wanted to buy a ticket right away but the owner was rude and didn’t give any straight answers. I am never buying tickets from them, would take my business to a nicer place.
