I worked with Distance Travels in the past. However, post covid, I was beat nervous to deal with them thanks to Covid Pandemic.

However, very recently did two back to back vehicle bookings with the gap of 4 to 5 days in the bookings.

Ms Simpy and the staff had been available through out the tours. Drivers were decent. The vehicle were in good condition. The driver followed the itinerary properly and made sure the guests visit all the sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary.

Did not receive any single calls in regards to any service issues.

Worst travel company.. Cheap behaviour.. Mr vikas was one whom I was confronting with. He says he has 4 lawyers n bla bla trying to threaten me. our driver and we are very happy with the courtesy he has shown towards us and they harrased the driver and us during the travel by calling and shouting hundred times. The way these people talk to the clients is pathetic. Also they try to threaten the clients by saying that they shall stop the car in between the road and ask u to get down. Pls dnt waste ur money n energy on these people. We hired a Innova crysta frk them and been to dalhousie. The weather condition was so bad there that we were unable to get out of the hotel. So finally we hired few people n paid them heavily so that they could safely get the car down but thisbttavel company instead of being thankful started demanding extra amt frm us without even informing the same. Had we not been considerate we would have given money fr the four by four gypsy available n would come safely but the way this travel company has treated us even after paying them fully is horrifying. Behaving like goons
