Golden Temple Volvo Bus Service

I have booked online ticket from ASR to Sonipat on yesterday in Golden temple volvo bus it was sleeper and I paid 790Rs online
After half an hour I received mobile call from company representative that your seat is double sharing although it is not well described on-site otherwise I don't booked that seat.
He told he will adjust it.
I reached at place told by representative but no one was told me about bus is seat correctly, when i asked thy behave rudely and some how when I reached the place where bus was ,representative give me very uncomfortable sitting seat although one sleeper seat remained vacant till Sonipat. Being a female staff not cooperate. It was horrible experience traveling with Golden temple volvo.

I was traveling from Delhi to Jalandhar and there is mechanical issue rise in the bus between Ambala and Rajpura. They don’t provide any alternate bus and even they stopped another bus and said this bus will drop us to another Golden Temple bus waiting on the way. Initially no bus was waiting for us and second they ask for the ticket. All the passengers are really frustrating and irritate including me. We are very disappoint for this bus service

One of the pathetic service.. plz never ever book this bus.. very dirty bus. Bad behaviour of bus staff.. seats are too dirty and uncomfortable.
I booked tickets from Delhi to JALANDHAR. Very bad experience.. i asked staff to clean the seat which was so dirty but he ignored and he said asi chaktaa hai aap dekh lo. .

worst experience , person shuld not travel in this bus . Not atol puntual to the time and no other basic facilites are availible

Very bad service. Agents are not good. Agents are not ready to listen our problem and they cut the call without listening the things.
I will suggest please don't take this bus.

Seats are not comfortable. They charge extra to put luggage.

I was booked my ticket with Golden travel bus but ticket shifted to Northern Bus travel without any prior notification. Also seat are changed.
They provided me wrong bus number so it's getting confused me on bus stop which bus is mine.
Driver behaviour was very rudely. They haven't provide me seat which is actually booked.Driver is continuously on call during drive it's very danjorous in concern of passanger seafty.
I do not recommend to book ticket with Golden Temple Volvo Bus.

If you don't have any option than go it's ok no problem
