I don’t usually give reviews but I felt I needed to post something. There was a very rude obnoxious conductor... the guy who wasn’t driving. Our conductor clearly didn’t understand customer service and gave a lot of unnecessary attitude. I as woman didn’t feel comfortable riding the bus alone. Honestly if I was alone, I wouldn’t have taken the bus. Better to get a car and a driver.

Too bad there’s not really another option to get to the airport. There needs to be more competition.

Worst service ever. The bus supposed to depart at 8 hours from airport started at 10.30 hours. Then the bus ceased mid way...next bus took 2 hours to reach and shift the passengers in the other bus. They stop any where and number of times. Never gonna take the service again. Overrated for its services.

It was a good first time experience. Staff at the station was not very helpful. (Headphones in while I was trying to get information about my departure). However, the staff on the bus were both very helpful and quick. I’ll definitely use the service again next time.

No doubts best seats are business class. on 11th Feb 2019 I have booked for my mother the business class no PB01 C 1621 which goes at 12 from jalandhar to airport delhi have asked staff driver and conductor to help my mom to arrange trolley while she will arrive at airport as shes old and was alone. they all assured me but neither they helped her when they reached to airport nore they were polite but told her to go and pick up the trolley by herself which was very very far and they said only then they will give the luggage. and when she brought the trolley back they pressurized her to give money which is so called TIP.... BUT for what ?? by not helping or being riduliculous and not helpful. . even then she gave 100 INR with ..

but i want to know WHY?? if you already charging 3500 for business class ticket why your staff members asking and pressuring the vulnerable people and if you cant help DONT SAY THAT YOU CAN. BE CLEAR TO THE FAMILIES WHK CARES AND WORRIED FOR THEIR LOVED ONES.

Totally unprofessional. We took the business class tickets for being more comfortable but business class buses are worst than the regular buses so why do we need to pay 1000 rs extra than the regular class buses. All the way to delhi airport from jalandhar feet comfort paddles weren’t going up and down, LCD, charging points, lights and seat functions didn’t not work and then i asked to the conductor he just replied rudely that nothing works. So i got that indo canadian charging 1000 Rs extra just to have a seat that is slightly different than regular seats . I just recommend to buy a regular tickets only. Because there is no any business class service available in the buses just seats that has some buttons are not working either. And main thing business class bus situation was so bad front bumper was totally broken and bus was totally garbage.

I bought a first class ticket online from Canada and when I arrived at Delhi airport at 3 pm, they were issuing tickets to new passengers on the spot and when my turn came then they said seats are full and wait for next bus, and next bus came at 6.30 and it's not first class it's gold class and I paid for first class but they put us in gold class. I don't understand what's the point of buying tickets in advance and you are cheating people who paid for first class and you provide them gold class even after waiting for 3-4 hours at air port, Wi-Fi is just for a name, you can barely used it for sand a text message on what's app after several tries.
