Punctual timing, Respective staff and Clean buses.

It is a very punctual bus. The service from the staff is good. The bus is very well maintained. There are services to Theni, Madurai and Pollachi. It is the only bus that goes directly from Pondy to Pollachi- it gets full on most weekends. Better to book the sleeper seats in advance. The buses go through Cuddalore

Unkind staff. Don't allow to keep the luggage in the storage.passenger had to travel keeping the luggage with them on the berth. Unpleasant experience

Clean and comfortable seats, time keeping was good, unhygienic rest stop,
Polite and friendly staffs.
AC temp. Not adequate ,no blanket due to corona

I love bus travelling

Bus was very Clean and very nice. We have lost our mobile in the bus, the driver (Mr.Ramesh) was very kind enough to call us and informed about the mobile and handed it to us. Thanks for having such a wonderful staff in VGM Vaigai Travels.
