Hii Everyone, It's a humble request to everyone, who are all going to book any package in this fraud travel, he is taking customer numbers from others related travels and giving quotation , i was asked a quotation from travel triangle, and i got a call from sumithesh , who is a founder and director of this Travel Zone india travels. as he was lying like he is from travel Triangle and he is sending a quotation , so he had sent Rs.35600/- quotation with entry level hotels, so i was asked good hotel quotation so again he sent 39200/-Rs quotation , and he was very good before booking and taken Rs.10K advance with me through direct account transfer, so after 20 days my friend informed me about package of Munnar was maximum by 30K with 4* hotels, so i asked him for revising quotation with him and called travel triangle for the same, but Travel Triangle then confirmed like there is no booking with them, as this is the fraud case, after that i called him and asked, till that time he didn't said he is not from that company (Travel Triangle), and he is not giving any new quotation and refund also, after that he was not responded calls and watsapp as well. after so many attempts and we send message like we are going to media if not responding in another next 1 hour, so he send 1 message like i will give the package for below 30000/- only, i didn't accepted and asked to cancel, or else i will be taking further action , and he agreed and said refund will be given but only 6K as he is charging 4K as cancellation few, but before 1 month i am cancelling this, but he is not giving any break up details also, just he is telling our company will not give full refund , i said fine send me balance amount i.e 6k , We received the refund of 6k after 10 days of struggle

Worst service, irresponsible, worst ever guide provided for the trip, driver hired by travel zone was un mannered, over budget packages, he's like only money minded, he won't respond neither to calls or WhatsApp. Pay the amount and be nice to your customers for long term or else lot's of travel companies are there.
Friends do check the packages online for any trip rather than booking through any agent. Everything is possible. Why pay commission.

It was well planned journey very nice arrangements of traveling from airport to airport back excellent timing of recieving and dropping at hotel. Accomodation was excellent we didn't had any problem at all I astonished with the trevell agent it was awesome very nice thank you so much.

I got details of travel zone from Instagram when my friend tagged him. So i contact him and i ask for packages from him. He always reply me plus he also sent me various tour packages.
I booked my Maldives trip from him. He planned my journey so easy which i can’t even thought of. My trip includes stay in Mumbai, Maldives & Hyderabad and i guess i haven’t face any single issue anywhere. All hotels he booked was so nice plus he himself added some service which i was not aware of.
When i reached Maldives he always contact me asking me whether i’m having any problem regarding food or stay.
