First of all, they would'nt provide you a proper seat no. In the bus and will try to adjust you as per their own free will Secondly they will argue you and try to fight with you with a devil may care attitude.
Wouldn't even return your tickets one booked.
Very poor service and worst bus staff i have ever seen.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR SWEET DEALS. Worst service providers, wished I had checked their ratings before taking their services. Wasted time and money both because of them and to top this missed our train. Completely turned our vacation to a nightmare with unnecessary loss. They are only sweet while taking your money, then there are no proper services provided by them.

Tour packages rate is higher than other travel egency. Seat not alloted even though booking in advance. Cabin seat alloted inspired of mention middle seat during booking & take full amount.

We took a sight-seeing trip form them for ₹ 400 by an AC Bus. It was a horrible experience. Very poor quality of vehicle. Very unprofessional behaviour of the tour guide. No punctuality. They missed the main spot, NANDAN KANAN at the end of the tour due to their own delay. My father told me about them that once upon a time they were the best tour operators in this area. Maybe yes back then, but definitely not anymore. I suggest you to opt for a trip by OTDC if you want to go for the sight seeing trip just like me that includes places like Sun Tenple, Konark etc. Upon arrival at Konark, they asked us to advance book our lunch from a restaurant with which they have tied-up. The waiters came up to the parking spot of our bus to take our order and payment in advance. When we were approaching Konark Temple after paying them, we were surprised to find out so many different restaurants in the vicinity which were not visible from the parking spot. Scam !!

1. Charge extra money after getting on the bus.
2. Bus doesn't leave on time.
3. Doesn't take you to all the points mentioned beforehand.
Pretty bad service.

They are the worst operators in the business. They will promise you something and will do just opposite. They are team of unprofessional goons who just want to take your money.

Worst service, rude behavior by tour guide and unprofessional service overall. Trip was for 5 areas beach near Konark, konark sun temple, lingaraj temple, udaygiri khandgiri, nandankannan zoo. No idea why zoo is there in the trip. First they made us wait for an hour waiting to pick more ppl to fill busses. Then they willfully picked chilka ppl to fill seats and then near a petrol bunk when the trip details were shared then chilka ppl raised their concerned. Now the bus waiting at a petrol bunk the bus was waiting till replacements for the chilka ppl were found. Around 1 hr it was stopping at the petrol bunk.
Our precious time wasted by these fellows total 2 hours in a 13 hr trip. On top of then when questioned the guide started misbehaving a daughter of a tourist and a police complaint was filled more delays and tour guide was switched. In konark the asi appointed guide was replaced with a local photographer. No proper lunch and breakfast time was provided told to have lunch at 10.30 am. Stopped at konark temple for 1 hour, 20 mins got wasted for police complaint. Not enough time to visit any place properly. Only sitting in the bus and pushed around the places like buffaloes in a truck.
Do not take their service worst tour operaters.
Do not fall for the adverts in railway stn or the ones offered by the autowalas in station these are only for their commission. Remember even a police complaint was filed, it was so horrible their behavior.
