I recently booked 2 days tour with Satya from this firm.

Day 1: All 8 points of Puri & Bhuwaneshwar in Innova.
The driver was friendly and polite. Helped us cover all the spots on time.

Day 2: Chilika Lake in Traveller
The driver here also was friendly and went out of the way to help us get boat ride on priority.

During first day we forgot our powerbank in car, Satya (owner) called and inform about the same. Though the car went on other trip next day, Satya went out of his way and chased that car to get the power bank & delivered it to us at our hotel ❤️

Really loved the Hospitality.

I selected the car from them on 22nd Oct, 22. The price was competitive and the car was well maintained and clean. Driver was with decent behavior and drove the car well with no rash driving. The timing was absolutely spot on. You can rely on them and I hope they will live up to your expectation. Pricing is competitive but the service will be seamless. Thanks for the service.

Satya ower is total cheat and fraud. does not value the time of coustomer. called me 2 hrs before the departure time. my childern got sick while waiting for the bus departure. promised for boating at chilika lake will be between 200 to 250 max in 10 person sharing boat but charged 450. I asked for refund but no done. ablsoute unprofessional and not relaiable. i strongly recommend not to take the service of this travel agency.
