Worst experience ever. Staff harassing customers. Went to collect money through western union, at first I was sent back saying they can only issue cheque but since I don’t have an Indian bank account, I could not accept the cheque . Later I rang them to ask if they can issue me a self cheque they said they will give me cash. I asked the guy if I will definite get cash as I had to go back earlier, he started shouting at me telling me that they are doing me a favour and that they don’t benefit anything out of it. we paid a fee for this transaction and the attitude they have, thinking they are doing a favour for us is ridiculous. Worst experience ever. Will definitely complain once I get back home.

Building is good. Inside is also good. But the surrounding area is not clean. That's why 4 stars only

PK travel isn't that bad. But the bus I travel wasn't super duper so not that satisfied.

Had to go there twice for the western union transfer. First, they said the IDs needed are different and once we got the IDs they said they don't have cash and can only give it in the morning. I guess it that's the service they are providing, they shouldn't advertise that Western Union service is provided by them.
