Latur to kolhapur bus was very Bad in condition there was no time limit. Nonsence staff and pickup man too. The name of the bus and Number showned in red bus ticked was not actual at the time of pickup. 3rd class bus provided with no. AC no Blanket no cleaning. Dont travel with this bus again

Bus condition was good but ac was totally off even they are giving ticket including ac, no single rest stop for dinner in 11-12 hours(Nashik to Latur) journey, no passenger limit (+ lack of social distancing) my journey date was 2-9-2020

service is not on time, bus quality low,they cancel the bus if they get full bus booking like marriage or other functions and create problem to those passengers who have booked in advance.I have booked lower seat for my pregnant wife...they called us and gave 2 hours before time and changed bus also ....we changed our plans as per....and reached on given time and bus got late for 2 hours .....and they used abuse language with us....ac is not working ....worst service ever

Local Services are very bad and Shame full Hospitality by arrogant Staff.

Never travel with Nayan Travels. Worst experience ever. I wish we could give zero stars to this. The staff and even the office members are arrogant . The AC wasn’t working at all and yet the office members kept saying that it works. The staff was in no condition to listen to the customers and were yelling at the customers when they complained about the broken down AC. Red bus was of no help as no number was provided and only a support link was provided .

Never book NAYAN travels as I travels yesterday departure time shows 10pm and bus driver calling you after 11.30pm for pickup.no communication from driver in between after talking with travels representative he is also not sure about travel time.no cancellation policy.also no reply till time redbus also.they charged 1000 for per ticket and see what service they are giving to their customers.total pathatic service from redbus and Nayan travels.
