New bus has gone completely dirty. The bed covers are full of dust & are unclean. Remains of many previous trips seen lying around in the bus. They have no concern for lady travelers toilet needs. Stops they take are dinghy dirty places with no proper toilet facility. You have to request multiple times for them to run the AC. Avoid if possible.

Travelling with mansi roadlines was a bad experience for me. The bus was not clean and driving was very rough.

Don't ever choose to travel with Mansi travels, worst service never reaches on time, useless excuses, rude people. It was 3 hours late to reach the destination.

I have booked ticket on phone, Mansi Roadlines Travel agent cancelled my booking beacause he get more money for the same ticket,Very bad service They cancel booking if they get more money No ethics, No rules, only they want money. Never try this Travel. Very bad experience Don't try it. So bad people. No worry about the passenger,

Traveled by Bus No MH 24 AU 3981 Ticket fare for single seat is 1680rs I got last sleeper seat.By taking this huge amount no basic amenities are provided during travel like blanket,no light, charging point is working, windows are not packed perfectly through continuously air was blowing No AC Provided, Departure time is late by 30 min etc...

This bus driving staff makes anyone sit in bus while travelleing, whether it is booked or not (to gain more money). It seems like that there is no difference in gen. Gov. bus and this mansi roadline(private) bus.it's really annoying .

While travelling Latur to Kandivali Bus taken a halt at Hotel New Delhi Darbar which was very bad in condition. They switched on the AC for very short time otherwise blower is running which was caused suffocation. Maximum time they stop blower as well. Bus suspension and condition was good.
