This travel agency is registered in Latur city of Maharashtra. I take a bus to kohlapur at around 10 pm and I reached on time at around 6 30 am. The AC is so effective and pillows were also provided by them. Overall the bus service is too good. But the road from latur to kohlapur is worst.

I was traveling to latur to Thane in MANSI travels on 25th April 2022..firstly bad experience was timing..bus timing was scheduled at 7.15pm but bus has arrived at 10.15pm means 3 hours late..after this journey started and within 50km bus got some mechanical issues and not ready to move..no one came or call us any passengers about alternative option. ..I have paid 2500 for double birth and now thinking it was just waste of money..next time will never ever travel in this 3rd class service provider..even will not recommend to other passengers to travel in this bus..guys go for other service provider but not in this Mansi travels anymore..worst experience ever in life..ohh how can I forget about AC in the bus..when I entered in the bus only fan was on no AC..I asked driver as well as booking office to pls start AC in the bus but again don't know what reason after paying for AC service, bus driver was not ready to start the AC..may be lack of knowledge about how to start AC or purposely to save fuel he didn't tart cooling option...

I am going to mumbai no stop near toilet for ladies asking to go in open air
After complaints to driver stopped near worst toilet where no water no lights in toilet

This is the worst travels that I have traveled from Latur to Mumbai. They charge 1600 for a seat with no proper linen and blankets. They take up extra passengers in the night excess of capacity of bus. Totally unprofessional and pathetic service. They should shut the travels rather than looting ppl
