this travel agency branch is the worst ever. please be careful about cheating and fraud. you will be fooled. the trip was a disaster.

I am yet to go on our trip to Europe and the experience has been worse than horrible. Staff is not efficient with absolutely no experience and knowledge. Its just a 7 days trip to Europe and these people have been creating mess since 2 months. They don't know what documents are needed for visa. They don't know the process either. All the time they just pretend to be sincerely interested in your matter and end up irritating you more by suddenly changing list of required documents. I seriously don't know how the tour managers will treat us. With lot of regrets I would sincerely request everyone to choose other travel companies even if they are little expensive.

Their behaviour will kill their business in coming few weeks. Today I've got the worst ever experience with cox & kings, Mumbai Naka Nashik. They've forgotten that there are plenty of options coming out for foreign currency exchange.
My suggetion to other customers would be to use TransferWise or similar Apps to transfer INR to $ or EUR. I can guarantee that you'll get better rates with less efforts and immediate transfer. INR to $ is already started and INR to EUR is held down for this month but hopefully it'll be starting soon again.

The worst trip a person can get . Rooms are so pathetic and even the emergency number doesn’t pick up your phone. Nor anyone takes effort for you . They will give you very cheap packages but trust me it will cost you more once you are back . Even I won’t suggest my enemy to go with cox and king .worst !

Best place for travel related work.. people are also very friendly and helpful there.. the only issue there is to find parking .. otherwise it’s good..

This is one of one worst travel service company I have come across in my 25 years of travel. Worst staff and worst manager and never kept their promises on Kashmir tour I took with them at December end 2018. After agreed price, at last minute they increased my air fare!! During trip, many things they promised including car and photoshoot they promised were never delivered; we followed with Nasik manager Abhang and his poorly trained staff for last 3 months but with only stupid promises but no action!! Careful with worst travel agency in Nasik!! Don't go by their name.
