Very Bad experience for international customize tour. Not a single call received for followup. Didnot informed for visa sanctioned unless we visited. No one to pickup at the airport in unknown country. Very disappointed for booking a tour with KESARI. It is just a brand now and nothing else. same u will be getting from other tour persons guyzz. Don't spoil or waste your time by visiting their office. Customer is nothing to them now as they are BRAND now.

Fake promises, small rooms and a company which will not even talk to you about the problems faced. Keep a mile away from this one. Even if you request for clarification on genuine points, no reply comes till you hammer it. And the worst part is that no one from their H.O. will speak to you or clarify since they are too busy to talk to a customer. Even if the customer is the reason for their salary.

You can get all types of domestic and International group tour as well as FIT packages. Services wise excellent. Especially Tour Leaders they are very cooperative and friendly. Once you do tour with Kesari you will do your future tours with Kesari only.

They are not confident about the service they are providing..I went for Spain Visa enquiry..They first listed down all the cases through which visa can be rejected..
My only advice to the agency,have some confidence...

It is located on main road and there is lift to enter. People are good.
