Very bad experience. Parcel was received by them in advance which was confirmed on telephone before starting to the venue. On reaching the attendant simply denied the availability on parcel. Even their database was not updated. Even my request he was not agree to admit it. After requesting several times I was allowed to check their register which showed the entry of arrival parcel. Will not recommended for anyone.

The bus will leave from SRS Travels' stop at Baidyanath Square at 2pm and will reach Bangalore by 6am. During festive seasons there is an increase in rates (2x in my case). Plan your travel accordingly.

SRS travels booking is maintained by Royal travels. No separate office for SRS travels. Only 1 bus operated from Nagpur. Ofter 8.00 pm booking not done in this office .

I had a journey from Nagpur-Banglore. Experience of journey was fine. It took almost 17 hrs to reach Bangalore. Travel has semi-sleeper seats, 3 TV, Mobile charging point. Suspension of travels is best. Staff is polite, inform passengers before 15 minutes of their destination. Tickets rate is ok.

SRS BUS Management should make sure no male passengers should book seat beside female by fraud. Came across situation in bus where driver and conducter convincing a female passage to change just because a mistake of scoundral man book a ticket of female reserve seat
