Very bad experience as they sent you to another train ticket booking agent and that person confidentialy told me that I'll booked tatkal ticket, but after at the time of booking he booked another person's ticket, and booked mine tickets in tatkal waiting list as I suffers a lot I need to go very urgently and that agent first asked me to send money then he will booked....I would suggest please find best tickets booking agent....it deserves stars in minus.
