Travel for mumbai very bad service.late more than 2 hours at amravati. Concern person not entertain about inqury.dust at bus.no bedshits and blankets available as shown at pictures. In short no value for money and could be improvised.

Very worst experience i have with Hans travel.
The Driver is not property drive the bus.
Very rash Driving. Never recommend to any one. Just waste of money for sleeper.

Indore to Amravati AC sleeper bus was bad.loads of people picked up from every few kms.bus was in bad shape

Very poor facility ...give reporting time 8 and reach at 9:30 and not single facility provide properly.staff is supported.not reach at proper time give the time of 4:00 and reach destination at 10:00.

Not following Covid guidlines, staff without mask, not seems sanitized bus

I am boarded on bus at 6pm from indore to nagpur.. Now it's 10.34 am now am not reached even at baitul.... Worst service ever.. Driver is very arrogant... He refuse to change tyre even it's low on pressure.. Coast cutting is more important than passengers lives...

I bought my bike through this travels from Indore and when it reached amravati in the morning they didn't bother to unload it and were asking me for additional money to unload the vehicle afterwards. I have to make the arrangements on my own to unload as they were charging insane amount. Worst experience from this travels and I am never going to make any other bookings in future through this.
