It's one of the pioneers in the travel industry forefront. The Mumbai office is located in Time Square Building. I visited the website to know little details but wasn't able to find the answer, hence the three stars.

Couldn't speak to the concerned person even after repeated calls. Also difficult to get the no. through. Should provide alternate no. on the site.

It is the poorest service based organisation I have come accross in my entire life. I work with an MNC and hve been trying to book a flight ticket since the past 1 week and everyday despite updating cc details on their profile they come back with a response saying the details are not updated in the profile and that too at the end of the day while not responding to several mails sent through the day and then extend a simple 2 minute service to the next day. They respond only through mails and completely ignored atleast 10 times request to reach on call so that delays can be avoided. I will ensure to not recommend this agency to any person I know and infact, if possible will get rid of its services in the current org I work in.
Poorest service, poorest quality and poorest customer response ever seen.And would specifically like to mention that this service at BCD for me was being taken care of by Shuja Hashmi from the organisation.
