Nice service but bus qualties are not good actully they should update their buses

Good place to hop on bus, cleanliness is issue. There is tapari thats causing lot if inconvenience to visitors, ppl smoke, throw garbage, this needs to be maintained by shop owner properly. Three star for staff and their customer support

I usually travel via Volvo Multi Axle in Hans. The buses are clean and comfortable. But the pick up and drop is always late. Usually 1 hr late and sometimes 2-3 hours late. I would advise if you have a tight schedule don't travel via Hans , otherwise it's a pleasant ride experience. Please Note : Volvo Multi Axle bus has toilet for female travellers.

My friend opted to send some luggage from them, after reaching they increased the price, (we talked to them earlier). After that they didn't have any facility for loading it up (we had 15 cartons), you may have to do it your self or pay someone to do (who'll again charge heavily).

Honestly after a gap if you want to go back and quite excited about meeting your parents and you opted for hans for Mumbai to Indore then please change the plan. The conductor over here is gem of "personality" ohh extremely sorry "rainbow personality". There is nnothing like professionalism in him. The HR needs to work alot

Nastiest experience ever had in my travel history. I have booked two tickets via a red bus of "HANS CHAHAL, BUS NO:UP AT 8104" travel. I went to drop my mother and a younger brother who was supposed to get on the bus but unfortunately they did not. As the person named "Zakir" objected that we are carrying more luggage and have to pay a certain amount. We have four bags and one handbag. I contacted the hans office and send them a photo of my luggage. All of a sudden he put off the luggage and started abusing and behaved badly and ask us to leave the bus although we had a proper reservation.
I feel helpless at a point, even though I had a proper ticket he throws my bag out of the bus and insulted my mom to get out of the bus. I feel terrible. Bizarre and harassing behaviour.
I SUGGEST NOT TO TRAVEL WITH SUCH TRAVELS!!!

The service is extremely poor. Not even feeling to give one star, i wish there would have been an option of half star. Rude staff behaviour, Poor time management, careless attitude, will never recommend anyone.

Bad bust traveels I booked three ticket.Time management is very bad.for decrease toll tex driver route change the bus and it will take high time to reach destination.And luggage is to more that's why bus balance is not good. Person can't sleep properly.👎👎👎
