Falcon Bus

One of the worst service i ever experienced. with this attitude there is no time people will stop using your service. Bus was scheduled to come at 12.35 pm its 2.30 pm they haven't picked up.when you call for assistance they say aaram karo aaram karo. Pathetic service i would make sure i dont travel again and would ask all my relatives to not travel as well. pnr 141013756

Pathetic service. They doesn't keep AC in control. Passengers will freeze and they won't listen. On highway they will stop the bus for their personal parcels to be loaded for 1 hour wasting passengers time. The bus was already late and driver is smoking rather listening to us

Traveled from udaipur to Mumbai. Bus reached to destination 5 hour late. Customer care first said conductor's number will be shared 2 days ago. When I called 1 day before journey then customer care said they will send conductor's number 2 hour before and so on but didn't get conductors number. Rather got someone's number from pickup point who doesn't recieve call. It seems that they mention less time to reach destination just to attract customers.

Not at all recommended for Senior Citizens.
One of the most horrifying experience for my Grandmother. Staff was very uncooperative. Toilets were locked for no reason at all. Luggage was kept in the pathway. Bus reached in the middle of the night and my grandmother was dropped off at highway instead of Falcon office.

Won't recommend travelling via Falcon.

I have booked for Falcon bus travel from Vadodara to Nerul.

Bus was already delayed at pickup point by 1 hour. On frequent call travels saying coming in 5 mins only.(on asking reason he said tyre puncture).
Beside that Alighting timing was also 2 hours late.

While Alighting driver denied to drop me at drop point ( Nerul-Bikaner sweet, Below flyover) just to save a signal and to take bridge. He forced me to alight middle of the road.

I requested him to drop at my dropping point as mentioned on Redbus he said he will stop here only. You go as you like.

I was requesting him to drop at location mentioned on Redbus.
The point where he was dropping at middle of the road, no auto or cab i can get to reach home. Till he started closing door and said we will leave if you are not alighting here.

This rude behaviour of staff and non punctuality.

It was a horrifying experience the bus was already delayed for hour from the pick up point and the behaviour of the staff was pathetic and the bus wasn't so smooth as it should be i got a backache due to the inexperienced driver who was rashing down the bus . I would have given in minus if the rating can go so would not recommend anyone to travel on falcon travel.

I travelled from Falcon bus from Mumbai to Nathdwara.

The toilet present in the bus was just for showcase. The conductor has locked the toilet & didn't open for a single instance during the whole journey.
When I & other passengers told them to open the toilet, they didn't open that & said when the bus will reach the resting stop, then use the toilet of the restaurant. Then why there's is toilet in the bus if passengers can't use it.

Zero star unsatisfied when I said to conductor to on the tv they don't give any xcuse directly said no it's not running rude behaviour tv aleredy working but staff rude first and last travel in falcon never again
