It was most horrible. Kept on giving excuses each day. I was talking to Me. Waliullah at Andheri branch.No response to any questions about the bookings.
No transparency in dealings. No professional ism in dealing with customers. My suggestion is to stay away from this travel agency and it's agents.

Don't ever go ahead with Akbar Travels for any kind of visa services as their staff is totally clueless about the requirement and their service is pathetic. First they quote some price to you and post payment they start asking more in the name of VFS fees and then you have to pay VFS fees again at the center. Got my visa rejected due to lack of information provided and it's a task in itself to get connected with their service executives. Be ready to wait on hold and never receive a callback.
Biggest mistake of life to go ahead with Akbar travels. Waste of money and your profile will be impacted

I was their at Terminal 1 Mumbai Airport on 15th April around 11. 50 am . My phn were switched off so couldn't book ola so I went at akbar cab service to book an cab , person asked me where to go I said JOGESHWARI west an guys you won't believe he said 800 /- for the single journey its hardly 15 min distance from Airport.. I mean lootne ki b hadd hoti h yaar... next to akbar cab their was another cab service I went their charges was 218/- ..... please don't go to this pathetic an horrible looting cab service

Worst experience. They won't tell you from which branch they are calling. Will ask to pay first the visa fee and gets disappeared. No one will help saying they don't know the employee.

Hi, I just wanted to put into everyone notice that Akbar Travel works like a courier service of your visa case, their agents are not qualified enough, they do not check the documents properly and once they received the money, they asked unnecessary documents and if you failed to do so, either they will not return the money or else they still charge you a service fee, I faced the same issue with one of the team member "Jay" akbar travels visa team member, who accepted his mistake over the call that he did not check my UAE visa documents properly and confirmed twice that will refund my full money, but he neither refund the entire money and nor he come over the call, everytime his other colleagues answered call and bluntly denied that he will not refund complete money, he charged me service fee, where they did not provide me any service. They have unprofessional staff and never care about the customer satisfaction, guys I wasted my time and money with them, I only wanted you all to beware of them.

Sincerely not happy with the Akbar Travels customer representative and not looking forward to it or recommend anyone family/friends, the staff angry and behaved rudely on call with me, i do not get any update till i call them from my end its been 2 months i am waiting for a query to resolve which is still a pending case in Sep 2022.

Horrible service. My visa arrived on 29th.. I was given no update and info.. I had to call them and ask begg continuously then they sent it after 3 days..executives talk disrespectfully to clients . Unprofessional and non knowledgeable

Very unprofessional, go to them never for visa's, as they do not give proper guidance nor do they have proper representatives for your queries.
