The have no importance of time and they far away from customer service word !! Arrogant and cheap staff at bhandarkar road they recruited.. probably senior mgt should learn how to hire right candidate!!! They don’t deserve a single star even !!! They took a more than a week to do 1 single forex transaction even after giving all related documents on time …Unorganized and kiosk place I ever seen in my life !!!

Time wasters. Nikhil Gandhalikar who works here told me they are okay with PDF of passport so I rode 13 kms to come here. Upon arrival he backtracked on his word and said nope. Hopeless service

Should had clarified beforehand.

Very frustrating service by this store specially by the staff(Priyanka ) I was dealing with.
Was talking very rudely not only with me but with all the customers who visited in-front of me. Old people who are going for the first time need to be explained properly, but she was just showing a wrong attitude by putting taunt and all.
Would not recommend to visit the branch and special to the women, who is damn slow and rude. Does not explain anything to the customers and take it for granted.

Really really bad service, the authority need to take some action against her. Other staff sitting there also supporting her , higher official should tell their staff to behave.
They also do not have lower denominations at their branch , yesterday I visited them and did not mention that. And started forcing me to take higher denominations and take 100AED more so that I can match with the denominations they have.

Similar case was observed with another customer she was attending infront of me.

Vey bad and frustrating experience till now .. mentioning some of them ..
Out trip date is close and we are too worried about it because till date no one from Thomas Cook office is giving good service. They don't provide exact and in detail information at the time of doing enquiry. Also they tell different prices while booking and now when we got all the details printed, they are showing much higher prices .. lot of conflicts from day 1. They told specific charges for one day of our trip and accordingly we calculated for our family and took the cash(as its international tour, we need to give cash to manager after reaching there). Now on document, charges are different and high.

They are unnecessarily charging extra money for online transactions for many banks rather all. After payment, they are generating receipts on some other traveller's name .. showing wrong number of people travelling.

I went there at 10.30 AM and office was closed. Got to know that the person having the keys is late .. moreover when I went there to collect forex card they were having lunch at 3.30 PM (all of them). No one from the dept was there to handle.. additionally one lady quarreled with me that customers were there from morning.. etc. etc .. I waited there for 20 minutes and then I just told them to call someone and on this that lady was started shouting on me. So all qare not their customers.. few /specific only are there customers I guess.. apart from those, they really treat people very very badly. Now, once we got forex card, we tried to verify it but they entered wrong details.. wrong phone number and email ID and that's why verification is not yet done and now again we need to wait for 24 hours.

Why these people are working so carelessly? Really very frustrating experience till now . .. I hope our journey will be good .. fingers crossed! WILL NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. Lot of other things are also there but difficult to mention all of them.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND TELL THEM HOW TO WORK AND HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Worst branch ever. I've been receiving monthly transactions over the last six years, but my worst experience is in this branch. Every time they ask for additional things that no body ask for. Maybe the next time i go there they might ask for my cv or an interview in order to get the transaction. So bad. Even the behaviour of the new employee is not good at all. Also the time , OMG. Advice for international students, dont ever come here and waste your time.

So I book ticket for a tour and while coming the flight got cancelled then the thomas cook team ask me to pay for a new flight on emergency basis as I have to find out a way coming back to pune I requets them to pay from their side but the team didn't pay it and i have to pay the fair tickets as they told me that it will be refunded in 1 week now it's been almost 1 month and the team is not even replying to my msg ph also if I ask them for my refund they are saying the personal who do the work is on leave... oh god such a big organisation and they dont even have a backups for doing refund such a unprofessional office means if u are customer they will help you an if the tour is done they will not even reply or help you really not happy with service I got really really Bad experiences I will never suggest this team and Thomas cook there are lots of tourists company better than this unprofessional guys
