Poor customer service, even when I an asking them to solve my query the lady over there was continuously saying that there website has all the details, I said ok but can you help me now as I am already here, after repeating the same thing over and over again she finally said that I need to visit another Thomas Cook store. I don't understand why can't she say that in one go.
