Absolutely fantastic service. Given the uncertain conditions of the pandemic and with things changing constantly they were on point and we’re by our side through the entire journey. They planned everything A-Z and we’re truly professional and helpful and were available literally 24/7 especially impressed given the time difference. When ticket booked by Mitali from Mumbai to Calgary got cancelled by the Airlines just two days before the departure, Mitali and the team at Odyssey helped me with another flight without any addition coast that too for the same day. I am highly satisfied with their service.

Odyssey Travels has been around for multiple decades in Pune. They are a full service travel agency which do travel ticketing, insurance, ocean cruises, visas, etc. The staff are polite, experienced in travel planning, well versed in visa requirements and prompt in their service. Located on the 2nd floor in Koregaon Park, they have a lot of walk in clients. So its recommended to take an appointment before visiting.

Applied for a VISA @ Sweden for the team and lot of VISAs were rejected due to incorrect documentation by Odyssey. Also Odyssey is just a form filling agency and they don't know how to get the VISA closed on priority even after collecting the priority money from the clients. My suggestion is don't go with this agency as they don't have good experience in VISA handling and they don't maintain any transparency with the clients.

We booked a 5 day trip with Odyssey travels to Jodhpur & Jaisalmer for a family of 4 (8yr old to 75 yr old) at the upper end of a mid-range budget. The travel agency arranged non stop flights from Mumbai, excellent 4+ star hotels, a safe & reliable local driver & comfortable car. Everything worked perfectly & we really got to relax so we could fully absorb & enjoy Rajasthani culture & hospitality. They booked two distinct settings given our preferences- a modern, off the beaten path, fully sustainable, eco-retreat & a 300 year old palace occupied by descendants of the erstwhile royal family. Both locations were exceptional. At both, the staff went above & beyond in a manner befitting the local tradition of honoring guests no matter where they are from. Excellent planning. Thank you! This is a good place for your travel needs. The staff are kind and guide you correctly while you make your reservation. Most of my overseas trip have been planned by them.
