Mahendra Travels/ travel agency of bus, railway, flight.

I have been travelling from indore to raipur since 1.5yrs, 2-3 times in a month. Usually I use to travel by Other bus services coz I heard so much bad about the mahendra bus services.
Today coz of last minute plan I have to travel with mahendra. And the behaviour of the operating staff is so rediculous, also the seats are not clean. I will definitely never travel with mahendra.
I will definitely suggest any of the other services rather than Mahendra.

very worst service of mahendra travels no water bottle provided by them just making money by making their customer fools.bus conductor and driver is good and all other staff were bheaving like they were not taking any money by customer.
i don't want to give one star to them.
donot book ever this bus.

Zero knowledge about bus availablity and route every time when I call only 1 answer given by the representative "mujhe nhi pata online check karo"

Good bus and staff were very polite.. earlier i was in tension with review but they are really good

Need to upgrade their buses no television operated on long route low quality pillow and blanket provided

There is water leakage from the bulb on my seat and AC duct. Apart from mine there is one more berth which also has the same issue and on checking up with the staff I got the feedback that when staff complains to management/owner at Mahendra travels they doesn't trust their staff and instead they think that staff wants to sell the berth to someone else midway that's why they raise the complain.

In Raipur Mahendra is good but when i travel indore the staff is not good behaviour
They want to charge me extra for baggage
