Best option to go to cities like Burhanpur, khanda and Indore. However, poor maintenance will affected the business since buses do broke down in middle of the journey.

Here buses takes a lot of time to travel and kabhi bhi Kharab ho jati he raste me Indore to burhanpur

This services are a big fraud company they tend to fraud you and acquire money from you through illegal means.
I have met with one of this incident and later they force you to not complain and take advantage of there support.
Use other services and boycott them if you treat your safety as priority.

Worst experience. These people have never run a single bus on time. Buses can breakdown anytime anywhere with multiple buses stranded and under maintenance. Please boycott their services as much as possible. AC also does not work quite number of times. Bekar, vahiyad, ghatiya travels.

Huge fare just for 180 km journey 330 ₹ - 350 ₹ but services are too poor....seats are broken zero comfort....no water and dustbin inside bus..... suspension are in too bad condition..... punctuality is in minus rating ....... curtains are not clean and stinky.....not even with window's width.... people fight for curtains for their side.....most of the seat's push back lock is broken ...people fight for seat comfort with staff....overall Nafees aictsl looting public money....so bad experience....I travelled alone but observe the people in bus who were suffering..... really disappointed....that's why thought to comment as a customer feedback.
