SMT BUS SERVICE

Very poor service

Worst bus service ever. I travelled from Jabalpur to Chhindwara. Booked my ticket online from redbud. I booked AC bus as it was very sunny outside. Capacity of bus was for 40 people still there were 53 people when the journey started. Someone else was sitting on my place. Driver and conduct stopped the bus bus in every 10 mins to drop and collect more people. There were at least 10 people in single sleeper seat. Paropkar were standing on in middle lane. There was no space at all. It was like I was travelling in state bus where anyone can come and stand and sit anywhere. They were switching on and off AC time to time, entire bus was suffocating. When my husband complained about it to conductor he rudely replied “bus toh aise hi chalegi jo karna hai woh kar lo hum dandha aise hi karte hai” he was so rude and manner less. His name was Nitish Thakur. SMT don’t care about it’s passenger at all, will never recommend this bus to even my enemy and will definitely complaint about it to redbus team to remove Smt entirely from there website
