Who are sitting there to attend the customers, i called them for to take a flight tickets to my family, but how they respond i don't understand why.
They talk like they dont like anyone to call their office.

I wish I could share with zero stars. Worst response ever!
Called them and asked them to share their WhatsApp number in order to enquire further about flight details. They made sure to see the message and left me on seen. It’s been two days now.

In my experience the ticket fare that is shown on their website is entirely different when we call and book.
Pls check website fare first and then call.

When I gave my degree certificate for an embassy attestation, I was not aware that I would get back my Degree certificate at a stage, its hallmark was half removed and the whole degree certificate was so miserable. Yes, I was not aware of it, but if I knew it I would have given an extra amount to make it process in a better-packed way. But being a service providers, these people didn't utter a word about these circumstances. They were focused on the financial aspect. Customer service, customer satisfaction please dont expect from this agency. I seriously feel the guilt about choosing this agency. Hope the whole agency is not well educated, because anyone who puts value on educational certificates and education values won't even return these services.
