It has been a wonderful experience with RIYA. There are certain things which we keep close to our heart after the experience. My association with RIYA is one such. Whether its its regarding travel or accomodation, I always had timely help and intervention. There was always the feel-at-home factor felt.

Poor customer service on calling over phone.
Not receiving a single piece of data from the representative on phone and very harsh and rude behaviour on calling over phone.
