I must really appreciate their honesty, as I was planning to bring my family to UAE, unfortunately UAE gave deadline that after particular time all flight will be suspended from India to UAE, so went to this agency asking for availability of ticket and only two ticket was available to UAE as all chartered flight was full. so forced to take only ticket for me leaving my family in India, after sometime I regret myself leaving family in India so I asked the agency , no problem if I lose the money on ticket which I booked earlier and to find ticket to my family in case available, but I was lucky enough to get ticket for my family and got full refund on my early ticket too, they would have easily tricked me saying that I lost full or partial amount . So I appreciate their honesty...thanks a lot riya tours and travels😍.

But flight company and middle man are abusing pravasi and taking advantage of situation 😭😭😭😭😭 paid 4 times of the normal charge....😢
