Exceptional customer service and staffs are very efficient . Monisha and Shankar were very helpful to get my parents visa process done.

Very bad service. They are not giving currect responce. especialy mr.shankar i think he is not currect knowledge about the vissa stamping.because he recieved from me vissa colour printed copy i don't know about this but he also not cross checked. Vissa stamping price 17000 but i spented total 26000 becuase of the travel agency mistake.
So i am not suggesting the travel agency to anyone.

While I had a good experience with the visa team, the experience I had with the airline ticketing team could be improved very much.

They missed to inform me about an important change in my flights itinerary. While I understand that it could be a human error, the way they handled it was bad by providing misleading information. The tone in which they spoke to us when we were stuck at an airport was pathetic to say the least and management should take a note about such incidents so that they are avoided in future

The team at Jet Travels went above and beyond in helping my elderly parents with the getting their Schengen visa. Right from collecting the documents to getting the VFS appointment, everything went smooth. I just had to coordinate with them over calls and text messages from Oslo. The service at Jet travels have been exceptional. I have interacted with Monisha to get my mother's Schengen visa and she has been very efficient about it. I had recently approached her again to extend her insurance with a very short critical lead time and she again got it done just in time. I am especially happy with her service as sometimes I myself have been busy to submit documents or answer queries in time and I have been only interacting remotely from Bangalore. Extremely happy with the way they took care of everything for my elderly mother and will surely go back to them for future needs.
