Worst.. They don't do maintenance & bus gets stopped in midway & then they start repair & treat customers with their rough language hum kya krenge agar bus khrab hoga toh

Worst service, not suggest for long travel, i had taken the bus from sahibganj to ranchi on 11.08.2021 at 5.40 pm, its a long 12 hours journey. The bus staff runs the bus till dumka as a local bus, halt at any place, took too many local passenger of short duration,
No proper halt for fooding and washroom,
They halt in dumka bus stop for taking passengers which is hardly 10-15 min, the bus conductor does not informed the passenger about the halt in dumka is for fooding also, neither he told about the duration of halt, when we asked a bus staff about food halt he told that bus will halt at another place for fooding.
At 11 pm when we asked the conductor about food halt he is saying they have stopped at dumka for food and will not stop anywhere.

Seems the bus operator has not hired any good staff at bus, all the staff has different information. Also the buses are not suitable for long duration travel, not a comfortable bus,

I was travelling from Patna to Godda in their "AC" bus. At around midnight there was a traffic jam. And the driver stopped the AC, their reasoning being that AC cannot be kept running in stopped bus. The whole experience was suffocating, to say the least.
If possible take train.

There are unfortunate people, there is no way to talk right now, neither the conductor does not have the ticket counter
