I had Bad experience with sigma travels .
timing Of bus on the site Was totally wrong actual departure time is 3:00 as there information 2:00 pm...we have waited whole an hour or more in so much heat...it was horrible struggle with this heat.. AC wasn't working properly..no higinend atmosphere... And more over not supporting staff.

I want to inquire about Katra to Amritsar bus service for 02 March 2018. But they are not attending phone call.

I have been travelling to almost all of India like Kerala,north east India, Punjab , Rajasthan, Gujarat.This time we planned our vacation for Vaishnodevi,Pahalgam, Srinagar and Gulmarg so booked a taxi with Sigma Travels Mr.Ranjit. Out of all the vacations in my life, this was the worst taxi experience ever. Our driver’s name was Aman. He was the most rude driver ever you can find. While going to Srinagar from Pahalgam, there comes Martand Sun temple on the way which is 2-3 kms from the main road which he refused to go. He did not take us to the mentioned sight seeing points in the itenery and refused to take us to dinner from the hotel.
Now comes the worst part, when we complained about this to Ranjeet from Sigma travels he blatantly said to leave his taxi midway and find some other mode of transportation.
Sigma travels is by far the worst travel agency ever that I have experienced. Never ever book anything from this Ranjeet or you might have to leave his taxi midway and find any other mode of transportation. I am definitely going to file an official complaint about this.

Owner of Sigma tour and travels (Name : Billa) is a criminal he is not a safe person for passanger , mainly for female he abuse the passanger even starts fight ,go with your risk ,outside katra non recommended to this persona and agent ,all 5 star feedback is fake and they book fake ticket also they sell 2 ticket for same seat ,and and direct bal. To oassanger pasanger , i am a suspect who faced this at night in katra jammu ,even police also doesnot helpful ,there is a many bus service , you can go with
