I booked them after looking at 4 star reviews from google, however the experience for me was terrible. From unhygienic cab, uncomfortable seats to unprofessional behavior we had to go through lot.Driver asked me he is not know about Shimla because of they were first time visited in shilma.he is totally unknown about shimla and manali.when we reached manali no any hotel available in this name in manali,After this issue Mr.Gupta tell me wait i will confirm you.then Mr.Gupta tell me hotel name was changed from last months.but this is not truth.hotel manager tell me hotel name changed since last two years. I do not recommend booking with them as there are better options available locally- Nex Gen just look premium and professional on their websites, rest all is unpredictable and unprofessional here.

Book the Kashmir 4 nights 5 days tour. It was awesome experience in Kashmir. NexGen Tour operators conducted the tour very comfortably especially the choice of hotels is very good. Highly recommended.
