Not reliable, booked taxi for 2 days in 5000/- soon after receiving 500 advance money claims Rs 6000/- for the same plan. Got refund of 500/- advance after 3 days calling 100 times.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!!!! Rana Travels in Jammu they don't have any cabs Both Rana Brothers Deepak Rana & Rohit Rana. I gave them advance before one month INR 10,000/- and on Pick up date they didn't pick up my calls. After calling and messaging 100 times they replied we don't have any traveler right now u pls book yourself, we will refund your Advance but unfortunately I didn't received my money and they stop answering my calls. SO BE AWARE BEFORE BOOKING.

Never trust this agency. They had taken 10,000 Rs and never returned. I had called many times, didnt pick up. Now I have rang the Police Station and they will be visiting their office for consumer conduct.

Absolute fraud!! Booked my cab 2 months before the booking date, and Deepak Rana kept asking for money every 15 days and took 5500 as advance and on the day of booking disappeared Since then promised to pay me back, but even after 100 calls and 4 months later yet to pay me money Please DON'T book using RANA Travels
