Duke Kashmir Travels

It was such a mesmerizing, soulful and amazing trip. We were in love with Bisma's service, she customized plan for us and ensured that we were enjoying the trip. We missed our flight, she even guided us on train timings and shared cabs for cheap transit from Delhi to Srinagar. The hotels were classic, clean and with a lovely view. We were really able to witness heaven. In short, i would say it was a complete combo and definitely i would refer Duke Kashmir travels to my friends and family. Memory for life time!!!💜

We booked the Kashmir tour from 13.04.2022 to 18.04.2022, through Duke Kashmir Travels. Ms Farah ji helped us from day one to till end. She arranged hotel as per our need and stay was in Home in paradise was very good and food too good. She scheduled the tour in a well organized manner and executed accordingly. Ms Farah daily morning informs us about the schedule, before start of the tour and evening ask about our experience after end of tour. The car was comfort and driver is very co-operative, guided us properly. Finally our Kashmir tour successfully only because of Ms Farah and Duke. Thanks to all.

We had a honeymoon trip in the 1st week of May with duke travels kashmir.. Our tour co ordinator Rubina had planned the trip for us. The hotels which were provided were good not best but the cab services were just horrible.. each and everyday our cab was getting changed. Drivers were not responding neither the travel company. We always were in a tension every morning with the cab service. Some of driver's behavior was also rude. They refused to take any places like lal chowk or any other market places. The travel company duke will take the full payment as soon as you reach srinagar, but after taking the full payment their service relating to cab and drivers was very disappointing. The only thing which was good were the hotels in pahalgam and srinagar. But neither our tour coordinator nor any person from the travels responded to any problems we faced regarding the cab services. I will not recommend this travel company for kashmir trip..

I came across Duke by chance when we were planning a honeymoon trip to Kashmir . I am glad that we found Duke travels. We went for a Kashmir trip this December 2022 through Duke Kashmir Travels. We enjoyed a lot. After our first day in Srinagar there was a change of our driver but there was no impact on our Travel. Rubeena managed to assign another driver from next day onwards who was even better. The driver always reached on time for pick up from our Hotel and guided us many times during the trip. I would suggest to go to Kashmir through Duke Kashmir Travels.

There is nothing like embarking on a Kashmir tour that involves everything you have ever dreamt of. I ,my wife and son loved being on such a trip that was arranged by Rubina Mam of DUKE KASHMIR TRAVELS where we never had to bother about making any sort of pre-bookings in Hotels or planning for meals. They made proper arrangements in a well-sanitized hygienic hotel.
They had served their best package to us. The accommodation, car were the best.

A 6 day trip with my family to Kashmir was beyond pleasurable and always will be special for us. I am in total awe of how the cheerful driver Mr Sumair welcomed us at the airport and escorted us all to a luxurious houseboat at Nagin lake. He was so friendly and helpful.
The evening SHIKARA ride was so peaceful and relaxing. The stay at Gulamarg and Pahalgam was so amazing.
