Vatika Taxi Service

My first booking experience has been extremely disappointing. I had booked for a medical appointment and the car did not arrive. 20 mins after due time of arrival, we called the service Centre and was informed that it will still take 45 mins to reach us. We had no option but to cancel and make our last minute arrangement, otherwise we would have missed the medical appointment.
