I booked my trip to Bhutan - Paro-Thimpu-Phunaka with Droamers, I could not have got a better experience than this. Their entire team is very cordial and helpful. I travelled with parents and a year old kid, almost all our special needs of food, travel and lodging were taken care off at the best possible way. The stay at Lingdin Paradise at Paro was one of the best hospitality experience, you must try the Chicken Momo and Spaghetti prepared by the Chef. Last but not the least, I reached to almost 10 different places before finalising with them, could not have gotten any better deal cost wise compared to what was offered by them. A big thank you to Rahul, Kuldeep and our Guide in Bhutan Mr Karma who made the entire trip very memorable.

We went Spiti with Droamers all girls trip, the trip was very comfortable and carefully curated 8days trip. The itinerary was great, we covered almost all the places in Spiti. Good conditioned vehicle, clean hotels, good food made our journey really smooth. Special mention to our Driver Mr Suman who made the trip worth while.

Lack of Co-ordination between D'Roamers & End Service Provider(i.e.,Local tour operators). Kashmir and Ledakh 10 days travel Package. This is a real review based on our real experience/facts. I engaged D'Roamers for our 10 days Tour Package starting from Srinagar Airport (5th of May'19) and drop at Leh airport Trip Id: DR-APR355. In fact I was about to book with another recognized travel agency when Mr. Tashi (salesman of D'Roamers) intervened and called me several times to my Mobile and asked me to forward the quote of the other agency, which I did. When I pointed out to him that his Quote is higher by Rs.7350/-, he gave several promises, and spoke very impressively which made me to believe that travel with them is hassle free. Till the time money is received there would be many calls from D Roamers and also many promises. I would like to highlight here that once money is received, there won't be any single courtesy call from them. Secondly, before the commencement of tour full amount is collected. Then we would be left to the mercy of the local travel agent. On the very first day we were supposed to visit Anantnag Hot Spring, ABC valleys as per their Itinerary. The Srinagar driver skipped all these locations, never drop us at Union Cab pickup point which prevented us to engage union taxi to visit ABC Valleys. On the second day again he skipped the Itinerary locations Hariparbath and Lal chowk shopping. On the fourth day he skipped War memorial. On the fifth day as per the itinerary we were supposed to visit several places of tourist importance enroute between Kargil and Leh. The driver told me that he is employed by Maxi cab & would drop us at Leh directly and not to stop anywhere for sightseeing. When the itinerary of D'Roamers was shown to the driver he told that he is not employed by them. I contacted Mr. Kuldeep, Executive of D'Roamers several times during these days, but no support was received from him. Then we had a tough time. On one side the driver's attitude throughout the first 5 days was indifferent, tough and not customer friendly and at the same time there was no ground support from D'Roamers. The driver would stop at places as per his wins and fancies and not as per the promised scheduled itinerary. This Srinagar driver dropped us at Leh hotel. However, In Ladakh (6th to 10th day)the local Leh travel agent Mr. Thilley of "Ladakh ultimate destination" was a gentle man and his driver Nirbu was also a good person. Even though they skipped Hemis monastery, Leh Palace and Shey palace, we had a memorable time in ladakh. I would like to thank Mr. Thinlley of Ladakh Ultimate Destination and his driver who were tourist friendly.

To summarize I would like to inform all viewers not to engage D'roamers because they are just commission agents. They do not own a taxi cab, do not have properties and do not have their own drivers. Unfortunately the Itinerary prepared by them is not shared to end service Providers, in my case Maxi Cab in Srinagar & also Ledakh Ultimate Destination in Leh and hence we would be left to the mercy of the local drivers in remote locations. If any tourist want ladakh Package alone better contact the real tour operator in Leh DIRECTLY, and in my case it was 'Ledakh Ultimate Destination, and they do have a website in this name and they would execute it with more responsibility and care instead of booking thru' Delhi based middlemen. For Srinagar, there are good operators having own Cab & house boat, like Peacock travels.At least now, after a gap of more than 6 months they have validated the travel by a response. They never OWN Cab in Srinagar .This Cab was never changed in Kargil, as claimed by them now. We travelled in this Cab till Leh
As confessed by them in their response, they are not the right people to approach during season time, which viewers should note. Afterall they are commission agents. Let the viewers be real judge by understanding my real review.

Had a nice experience in Bhutan. While at its planning phase, I tried exhausting all the possible travel portals to find a pocket friendly Bhutan travel package and landed in booking from a premium site. I took the travel itinerary from then and posted the same request in other portals. I believe D'roamers team replied really fast on the same. Kiran was initially helping us on sales front while Kuldeep was helping us with the local logistics. I found both of them with high professionalism and they really made our trip comfortable. I do remember that I put up some customized stay plan in few of the hotel we choose from google list and asked them if they could modify. They actually made that happen. Since we never met F2F, I was not very sure about how the trip would be once we reach Bhutan. But the local logistic partner they had, I believe it was BlueSheep travels at Thimphu, made our stay great. Our guide was a lady, named Deki Wangmo and out driving partner was Tenzin. These 2 folks made our entire journey and stay memorable. I really do hope to travel with D'roamers again. Wish you guys a Happy and Prosperous New Year 2020.

For my family and I, this was a dream trip and we are glad that we chose D'Roamers. Everything was perfect. From my interaction with Praveen, guidance from Pankaj and the trip itself. We liked our stay and the arrangements. Unfortunately, I could not proceed to Chandrataal, as I developed Acute Mountain Sickness on the second day at Kaza. With water retention in lungs I was advised to return to lower altitude. D'Roamers arranged alternate accommodation at Kalpa and ensured that I returned safely to Shimla. Navkaran, owner of Kalpa Mansion where I stayed at Kalpa came to the hospital (where I had to spend couple of hours). This was such a nice gesture and support. Special thanks to Nirmal (driver cum guide). I look forward to my next trip with D'Roamers. Thank you guys- you are so professional and customer friendly. We are back in Bangalore
