It's the best travel agency in hisar. The staff here is so polite and helpful that it almost feels like you are consulting with a family.
I was stuck in delhi during the second wave of covid and was feeling very ill, not because of covid but due to some other problem. No travel agency was ready to help because there was a lockdown because of the peak second wave of coivd. Then i remembered the time when i first travelled with one of their cab, randomly, and after the trip they gave me their card which I kept in my wallet. I immediately called them and the staff was so supportive that even though the driver wasn't ready to take me home, they made the driver to drive me safely back to my hometown. And during the whole journey, their agency was in the contact of the driver to make sure that i am fine and sitting comfortably. I had seen myself that they were doing multiple calls to the driver to take the updates and even was calling me 1-2 times(not much because i was not in that condition as i was feeling very weak).
Not only this, the driver also stopped at a dhaba, mostly as per the instructions given by the agency to him, and made me to drink lassi and eat food as i was having fever too. He even let me take rest at the dhaba for almost 30 minutes after taking meal just because i wanted too.
I am really grateful to the whole team. Had they not been there to help me, my health would have deteriorated a lot as i was staying in a PG and noone was there to help me because of the lockdown.
I know i am a little late to write this review but i just got a flash of the memory when they helped me when all other agencies raised their hands.
