Worst experience with this travel agency as the travel plans and taxi services are so bad. They are not Man of words. Frauds basically. While my travel to Dharamshala I opposed them about the quality of rooms after which they changed my room. Taxi drivers are almost in hurry after six PM even they were booked for full day. Hotels charges and taxi charges are more than high as the same can be booked online on cheaper rates. Don't even try this agency. I am pasting some photos of hotels for which I complained. Food was included in the package but hotel at Naddi, Dharamshala stopped serving dinner after one day and served us some fixed menu which was very low against the charges paid by us. Overall "Bakwaas"

Utazzo is awesome. Recently we visited Egypt and it was a family trip for 7 nights. Starting from Visa to every single element , Utazzo has helped in everything. Trip to Thailand -
Trip was organized very well by Utazzo. Com. Special mention to Nitin who was my travel agent and was very much responsive and all the arrangements were superb, even the transfer from Airport to Hotels and Hotels to Various locations were very smooth. Ohh man what a dreamy 4 day experience. From jet ski to kayaking. From hopping bars and restaurants to enjoying the beautiful dolphin sunset cruise. We had a wonderful time at the sun siyam resort in Maldives arranged by Utazzo travels. Mr Ashutosh and team were always a call away.

Really had a excellent trip with friends where the car service was fantastic. Driver husain was very nice, cooperative and was good human being also available at dot time, when needed. The hotel is magnificent. The architecture will take you in a different world and the service will then add extra feathers in it. I will like to plan all my future trips with Utazzo with friends. Will recommend everybody and Suresh was really gracious and very helpful.

A memorable trip to sikkim and Darjeeling for 5 Day's and 4 nights arranged by kashish. Good Hotels and taxis with very good drivers provided for the entire trip.
