Worst travel experience, booked the Bali trip in September. It was a 6 day trip. Everyday we struggled to get the things we booked. It's Watersports , hotels and private tours, everywhere we ended up paying extra. Booked Westin resort in Nusa Dua, but didn't get the room we paid for. Infact the hotel staff was surprised. We called them from Bali but didn't receive any response. Booked private tour for Nusa Penida but they have given us on sharing basis. Be aware of there buttering talks specially the lady "Aastha" and the owner "Sahil" is a shrewd and shamelwss guy who abuses the clients and denies for everything you book after making full n final payment. They are also there on travel traingle.

Pathetic Service! Do not go for a booking with them - They will leave you high and dry in times of Need. First of all very poor service to begin with and their lack of co-ordination and communication with the client after you have paid advance amount will leave you frustrated and until you decide to Cancel with them and the refund they issue - ZERO!!! Nice Scam business they ran especially during the Corona pandemic as the only way they know how to make money was to not refund the amounts and not provide any service to client. Don't ever book a trip with them no matter how much they sound convincing that's how I lost my money to such beggars.

We have taken multiple trips with The Desi Yatri and we have been completely satisfied with our experience. They are very dedicated we could just call them anytime for anything. Infact, they were very helpful as we had booked our trip and could not take it due to coronavirus pandemic they helped us get back all our money and helped us immensely by guiding us properly

One of the unprofessional travel company!! Due to corona it is not safe to travel abroad, as of now Indian government have stated to avoid travel abroad and the visa on arrival is also a bigger problem now, in this case we are not able to travel Thailand, we have booked our services with "The Desi Yatri"we have asked them to refund the amount and they dened and there representative Sahil is forcing us to travel thailand in this severe condition. There is no support from #TRAvELTRIANGLE !! There Representative Pulkit is not replying on our mails and calls!! The desi Yatra please show
some professionalism, and refund our Amount, As we get the full refund from airlines and hotels!! And Stop Ignoring our calls and Mails.

We booked a family vacation to Russia and had a fabulous time! Everything was perfect and so well planned, it just couldn’t have been better. I fully recommend The Desi Yatri. The owners are well traveled and know their product & offerings. 10/10!

I have booked Bali trip with Desi Yatri associated with Travel Triangle but due to corona issue and lockdown my tour was postponed and Mr. Sahil hanlded my package and he assured we will surely replan the trip but these people are very unprofessional and irresponsible I am taking the follow up from last 3-4months but they are not responding on the same .
At the time booking they are very punctual for support and help after booking they will shows their real face .i already did the half payment for the package but they don't realize how customer feel this pain .
Atleast reply or call back for the update for replan trip otherwise refund our amount .

Highly unprofessional. They booked a resort for us in Maldives without even knowing whether resort is vacant or not. Later on, they would show that they are so good that they haved upgraded your reservation because the earlier booked room was not available. Then, they will let you hanging for weeks and would not give any reservation confirmation. Then they would cancel your booking. Beware of these guys (specially Preeti).
