Thomas Cook

I booked my holiday package for Maldives from Thomas cook and i must say the services were great and the hotels were really nice.....the trip coordinator was really co-operative in solving minor issues. overall i had a great experience and i suggest others to go with these guys for a memorable trip.

We as a group of 6 people booked a trip for Singapore n Malaysia, it was awesome. Arrangements were very good. Avinash and Amul from Thomas Cook, they sort out every issue whatever we faced in uncommon city. We appreciate team of Thomas Cook.

It was a wonderful experience of Singapore n Malyasia trip which v booked with Thomas Cook faridabad no doubt earlier v all were a little bit scared bcoz v all were females n going to some international place first time but d cooperation n hospitality shown by both guys Amul n Avinash removed all d fear frm our mind dey were always ready to sort out all d problems whenever called thanx guys once again to make our trip memorable

I had a memorable trip of US and the trip manager named Avinash was so co-operative.....I would suggest to plan your trip with them for great experience.

Clean, nice and cool place. Staff well trained. Rates are higher than other places. So go there if you are ready to pay more.

Horrifying experience with Thomas Cook. My family of 7 booked a Europe trip, costing us about 20lakhs of rupees!! But their arrangements were terrible.
Few of us not flying from New Delhi who applied for visa themselves were fine. I trusted them for arranging visa for me, and after their urging, paid the whole amount before getting visa. Tour started and I was left stranded in New Delhi.
These people were very irresponsible, before payment, they assured me that getting visa was their responsibility, but went back on their words later on.
Mamta Arora ar sector -15, Faridabad branch stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages after the fiasco. Had to contact embassy myself and I only got a denied visa after the tour was halfway already.
But Mamta Arora denied any responsibility; others at Thomascook Delhi/Gurugram office just shrugged and said no refund is possible, and they are just visa facilitator. And since trip was cancelled at last moment, it's my fault and no refund can be given.

Didnt able to enter their office , as i reached at 6:10pm, they told office closes at 6, but google showed 6:30 as closing time
