They do online booking of railways and airline tickets.They also offer tour packages to varoius tourist places.The shop is on the 1st floor.They have poor customer management skills.The behaviour of the owner is pathetic.If anything goes wrong during online booking he tries to put the onus on the customer.They accept card payment.There is no parking facility outside the shop.
