Worst to worst travels i have seen till today,

I travell from Pune to Ahmedabad, I booked ticket from #PAYTM.

In paytm app bus company shows that bus will come at hinjewadi stop at 11:05 pm but it came before 40 mins, so even bus company don't know about actual time after that paytm app company show bus will go at CTM Cross road at 9 30 max. But bus arrived in ahmedabad at 12:00 noon after 3 hours of actual time even bus driver and conductor take bus at ramol parking plot direct. In bus more than 15 passengers are sitting for CTM cross road when we talk with them there behavior was so rude and not talking perfectly even when I called in CTM office and Mr. Harshad Nalwade from Dutta Krupa Travels Ahmedabad, they didn't give proper reply and drop phone.

So I suggest all the customer who are going to book Detta Krupa Travel, not even think about to travel from Citra Krupa Travel.

Bus condition is so bad, AC is not working perfectly, Driver and conductor are unprofessional of this Travels.

NEVER BOOK THIS BUS EVEN ON CHEAPER RATE TOO.

When I called the owner of the bus, he was very rude and didn't have any sense to apologize as well for the inconvenience.
He replied....We cant do any thing , he doesn't want to take any care of hygiene ,

In this travel no facilities available for traveler and also any charging point in not working in this bus
Driver give ruff answer for any questions.
Also wotrer bottle is not available.

Bad service,
Too slow,
Arrive late,
Bad condition of bus
Only one power point in double bed.

It was quite ok, nice nature of Conductor and driver Overall Good Services and Safe Journey with datta Travels

West of money don’t try this bus , beds are ugly ,rotten bugs everywhere where it’s nightmare

Direct bus to kohlapur. Has stopped at a mid range dhaba near about at 10:30 for dinner and the at 2 Am for toilet and the at 7:30 am for breakfast. And then directly to destination.

Never travel in this bus, its conductor gives a very bad answer. Bus charger and ac do not work properly. The charger turns on only when the driver desires. Very bad service. I traveled from Satara to Ahmedabad, in that time there has been an argument with the conductor for 5-6 times.
